We are featured in the November issue of the Lancashire Life Magazine. Food writer and chef, Philippa James came along to the farm to see how we make the crisps.  She left very impressed with the way the whole Fiddler family gets involved – from growing and harvesting the potatoes through to frying and packing the crisps.
